The contents of our Internet site is created with lots of diligence and care. However, we can’t give guarantees for the accuracy, completeness and actuality of the separate materials. According to § 7, para. 1 of TL we, as a provider of services, bear the responsibility for the contents of our own texts in this site after the general law orders. According to § 8 – § 10 of TL we, as a provider of services, are not obliged to control the re-delivered or stored somebody else’s information or to investigate circumstances oriented to illegal activity. Untouched of this remain the obligations to remove or block the use of information within the framework of the general law orders. Taking responsibility in that connection is possible, however, only after the moment a specific violation of the law occurred. In disclosing of the relevant legal offence, we will immediately remove this content.
